1. Order Processing Time
All successfully confirmed and fully paid bag orders will complete internal order verification, quality inspection and shockproof packaging procedures within 1 to 3 business days. Our warehouse operational hours do not cover weekends and U.S. national public holidays, and no order processing work will be carried out during non-working periods.
When encountering large promotional activities and seasonal shopping peaks that lead to a sharp increase in order volume, the conventional processing cycle will be appropriately prolonged. We will actively send email notifications to all affected customers to inform them of order delays and update the latest processing progress in a timely manner.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping fees for all orders are calculated based on the actual weight, outer packaging size and shipping destination of the bag products. The final shipping cost will be automatically calculated and intuitively displayed on the checkout page before order payment, with no hidden fees or additional surcharges.
We only provide standard shipping services for all in-stock bag products, with an estimated delivery cycle of 15 business days after warehouse outbound. This delivery time is only a reference value. The actual arrival time of the package will be affected by many factors, including logistics carrier operational adjustments, cross-border customs clearance progress, severe weather changes, regional logistics restrictions and holiday service suspensions.
3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
After your bag order passes all pre-shipment quality inspections and is officially dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an automatic system email, which includes your exclusive order tracking number and detailed logistics service provider information.
The logistics tracking data will be updated to the official inquiry system and available for real-time query within 24 to 72 hours after the logistics company picks up the package. Short-term data synchronization delays are normal in cross-border logistics. If the tracking status cannot be queried normally after 72 hours, you can contact our customer service team for manual inquiry and follow-up.
4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are solely responsible for filling in accurate, complete and valid shipping addresses, zip codes and effective contact information during order checkout. Please carefully check all delivery information before completing payment to avoid delivery errors, package detention and return problems.
Xavier Speaks will not bear any responsibility for delivery errors, failed delivery or package loss caused by wrong, missing or invalid address information provided by customers. If the package is returned to the warehouse due to address problems, customers need to bear all the reshipping costs by themselves, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is confirmed lost during cross-border logistics transportation, please submit a lost package verification application to our after-sales team within 5 calendar days from the expected delivery date. We will cooperate with official logistics institutions to conduct comprehensive traceability investigation and properly solve the problem for you as soon as possible.
Due to the particularity of long-distance transportation, bag products may suffer unavoidable extrusion, friction and collision, resulting in damaged packaging, surface scratches or loose accessories. If you receive damaged products, please contact our after-sales staff within 24 hours after receiving the goods. You need to provide original and clear photos of the outer packaging and damaged parts of the product as valid proof. We will verify the situation and provide targeted solutions efficiently.
6. Bag Care and Usage Notice
Our bag products are made of leather, canvas, nylon and other high-quality environmentally friendly materials. Each product is equipped with exclusive targeted maintenance instructions, covering scientific use, daily cleaning and storage methods suitable for the product material.
Product fading, deformation, accessory falling off and structural damage caused by irregular cleaning, improper storage environment, private disassembly and artificial misuse do not belong to product quality problems. Xavier Speaks will not provide free warranty, maintenance and compensation services for damage caused by human improper operation.
7. International Shipping and Customs Notice
All international cross-border shipments will be supervised by the customs department of the destination country. In accordance with local foreign trade policies and regulatory provisions, corresponding import tariffs, customs clearance service fees and other statutory taxable fees may be generated.
All customs-related expenses incurred during international transportation shall be borne independently by the customer. The marked product price and shipping fee do not include any customs charges. We are not responsible for package detention, forced return and economic losses caused by customers’ failure to pay customs fees or violation of local import management regulations.
